Founded in 1980 with the goal of providing our customers with the best possible products and services while meeting the needs of the expanding precast market. Our production facility started with 7,000 square feet and has grown to over 25,000 square feet. Bethlehem Precast primarily started as a residential service company with patio blocks, Perm Entry© systems, and nosing steps. Now over the years we offer a variety of custom concrete products while maintaining our residential prowess. We have grown to becoming a leading provider in stair and landing systems, light bases, prestressed slabs and balconies, and stadia components.

Bethlehem Precast is a family-owned business oriented in tailoring to the needs of our customers & the changing markets we service. We have been rapidly expanding since our inception and now serve all along the east coast. Bethlehem Precast is currently transitioning into the third generation of ownership, which brings forth new vision and growth opportunities for the future, and possibly adding many more precast concrete solutions to better meet the precast industry’s needs. Cable Concrete

Cable Concrete is a premier precast articulating concrete block mat system featuring pyramidal-shaped blocks connected with stainless steel cables and backed by durable geotextile fabric. As one of the largest suppliers, Bethlehem Precast provides this cost-effective erosion control solution that offers water permeability, vegetation growth, and contour flexibility. The system installs quickly by excavation contractors and works effectively in swales, dam repairs, boat ramps, parking lots, and military applications. With up to 20% open area for drainage, freeze-thaw resistant concrete, and removable blocks for planting, Cable Concrete delivers long-term erosion control that won't rust, burn, or rot while maintaining system integrity even when individual sections are accessed.

Light Pole Bases

Light pole bases from Bethlehem Precast can be fabricated to your design specifications – whether large or small. We deliver to your job site for easy lift and installation. Less expensive than pouring in place, precast light pole bases eliminate four to six items from the scope of work. Bethlehem Precast is an accredited supplier of light pole bases for PPL Electric Utility Company.

Retaining Walls

Retaining Walls can be ordered in any size with Bethlehem Precast. We offer retaining walls through the London Boulder™ system as well as custom solutions. We would be happy to discuss your project with you to determine the best solution for your needs.

Stair Systems and Landings

Stair Systems and Landings can be used in a variety of different projects including high rise buildings, apartments and hotels, parking garages, sports complexes and schools. All stair systems are custom made per the engineer or customer’s specifications. These stair systems can be fire-rated and are often used as emergency exits for tall buildings. An essential component of the stair system, landings vary in size and shape in order to fit a variety of designs.

Balconies

Balconies from Bethlehem Precast are utilized in apartment buildings, outside balconies on homes and can be custom ordered for almost any request. We have provided customized balconies for many apartment buildings. Owners benefit from a standardized product, enabling them to save time and money, as well as a uniform-looking building.

Bleachers and Landings

Stadium/ Area Bleachers can be used in a number of projects including sports complexes, stadiums, schools, apartments and hotels, high-rise buildings as well as arenas and theaters. Depending on the job erectors, 20 to 40 pieces can be set in a day with one crane. Our experience and engineering is a valuable asset that can provide cost savings for the layout and design. We work with our customers one-on-one to help satisfy their precast needs. Bethlehem Precast manufacturers precast concrete systems and components, which includes seating and risers, stairs and landings, design/build support, beams and raker beams as well as floor systems and columns.
